The World's Most Expensive Acorn

Just in case you'd like to buy me a really expensive present, I'd love this.

Is it too much to ask?

I'll be the first to admit that there's been more than one morning where Chris and I have walked out of the house for our AM walk only to discover that our outfits are color coordinated - purely accidental. We embarrassingly refer to ourselves on those days as Team Williams and assume that everyone at the park is laughing at us. But there is no excuse for the fashion misfit pictured above. This isn't the first matching outfit day for Paris and Benji. I can see some girls trying to match their outfits to their boyfriend's clothes (not that it's right), but come on...Benji have some backbone. What guy goes along with that? Is she paying you? Total dorks in chambray of all things.

An ecard will be taking my calls today, thanks

After too many conference calls today, I'm ready to communicate strictly by ecard. Luckily someecards has a card for every occasion and non-occasion imaginable. Warning - if you're easily offended, someecards might offend you. But rest assured, it's all presented in the spirit of sarcasm and bad humor.

Moon River Goes Green

Here's a big Friday shout out to Moon River Brewing Co for going green with their to-go cups. In case you didn't know, one of the nice things about Savannah is that you can get your drink to-go and stroll the streets happily chugging away. That's awesome for slow beer drinkers like me (well, when I'm not with child). According to Moon River's website they go through 52,000 to-go cups a year. Hello!?! That's a lot of cups. Now they're using plastic cups that are actually made from corn and are 100% compostable. Way to go Moon River! Maybe more restaurants will follow your lead...why don't we make all plastic out of corn???

What New Moms Want

Saw this on Momfinds and it totally cracked me up. Don't worry there's no nudity, more shocking it's good looking guys doing what new moms wish their hubbies did. So great!

No apologies

Usually I apologize when I've been a bad blogger, ignoring the wonderful wide world of the web. But since I'm preggers and that has become my excuse for everything - you're not getting an apology. Chalk it up to back aches and cupcake cravings. It's cool.

But I'm back today and figured I'd try to blog about something...anything! Lately I've been obsessed with baby stuff - shocking I know. I've been reading all sorts of fun blogs like Ohdeedoh, Momfinds, CoolMomPicks and of course the Celebrity Baby Blog. Today I was checkin out the blogosphere when I noticed that someone had mentioned the new Sami Hayek home line at Target. Yes, Mr. Hayek is related to Selma - get over it. He's famous in his own right and for good reason. The line is kind of a stretch for him but definitely worth checking out. It's geared towards teens, or so it seems - but I'm thrilled to announce my search for the perfect throw pillow for my office sofa is over. This little stripey number is just what I needed. A punch of hot pink with a little green to bring it all together. Yay! But the more I look at the pillow the more I want a nap...
